The concept for the event is Devaranama, a tribute to the divine hymns that resonate with spirituality and devotion. Prepare to immerse yourself in the essence of soulful compositions and cultural expressions that will leave you inspired and enriched.


Kindly note that the last date for registration is 25th December 2024. If you know anyone else who would like to join this unique celebration, please do encourage them to register before the deadline.

  • Reporting Time: Participants are required to reach the venue by 7:00 AM.

  • Event Start Time: The event will commence at 8:00 AM onwards.

Please note that the payment collected for Kalegala Utsava 3.0 will be used solely for the welfare of the artists and social causes, and not for any profit-making purposes. Your support will directly contribute to uplifting the artistic community and various charitable initiatives.

By checking this box, I acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined for participation in Kalegala Utsava 3.0. I understand the following:

  • I will adhere to the maximum performance duration of 4 to 6 minutes for dance and 3 to 4 mins for song.

  • I will submit my recorded music in advance, or notify organizers if I am performing live music.

  • I am responsible for arranging my own costume, makeup, and other personal performance elements.

  • If participating as a group, I will ensure that the number of participants does not exceed 6.

  • I will register and provide payment confirmation to confirm my participation.

  • I understand that no cancellations will be accepted and my performance content will be used only during the event and posted on social media, if applicable.

  • I am aware that the payment I make for participation will be used for the welfare of artists and social causes, not for profit.

  • Standard Pricing for Participation

    • Solo Performance: ₹199 per participant

    • Duet Performance: ₹199 per participant (₹199 x 2 = ₹298 total)

    • Group Performance: ₹199 per participant (up to a maximum of 6 participants)

    Note: The total fee for group performances will be calculated based on the number of participants (e.g., ₹199 x number of participants). The number of participants in a group must not exceed 6.

  • Important Note:

    The slots for participation are fixed and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

    No changes to the allotted slots will be accommodated, so we encourage all participants to register promptly to secure their preferred slot. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
